The purpose of the Travelogue
Mainly these pages will describe our wanderings with pictures. All information in is gathered on the day and although we try to get things as accurate as possible there will inevitably be our own observations included. We hope to amuse and entertain and to inform so that others can share the pleasure or otherwise we take in our visits.
If we should say a place is good or excellent then it probably is and likewise if we should say a place is poor or rubbish then believe us, it is. Sometimes we have been to places where everything has been terrific and at others we have reserved our recommendations regarding the food and service at inns or pubs and or perhaps the cots or access of the venues. Mostly we have had good experiences and that is another thing to pass on to others.
We will set up a blog on this site for a running commentary on the places we have been to and also invite you to look at our Google blog for past visits.
If we have any particular walk to recommend we will put a full article on the site.
